Q: How will I know if a seminar is still open?
A: Please email us at learn@neei.org for that information.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: For One-Day Seminars: your cancellation must be made in writing. A full
refund less a $50.00 service charge will be made for cancellations
postmarked 21 days prior to the seminar. No refunds will be made thereafter.
For Multi-Day Symposia: your cancellation must be made in writing. A full
refund less a service charge will be made for cancellations postmarked by the date indicated
in the printed brochure and on this website. No refunds will be made thereafter. Please see
the appropriate section of NEEI.org for service charge and refund date information specific to each Multi-Day Symposium.
Q: If I can't attend the seminar can someone go in my place?
A: We do allow substitutions at our seminars. Please email or call in
your substitution request prior to the seminar.
Q: Will you cancel the seminar due to inclement weather?
A: NEEI has yet to cancel a seminar due to weather in the
company's 25-year history.
Q: Do you make accommodations for people with disabilities?
A: If you require special accommodations due to a disability please contact
our office at least two weeks prior to the seminar so that we may provide you
with appropriate service.
Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders?
A: We do accept purchase orders. Please include the purchase
order with your completed registration form.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Q: Can I register the day of the seminar?
A: It is in your best interest to register in advance; however,
we can register you at the seminar, space permitting. Participants who register
on the day of the seminar will need to pay with cash or a credit card. Checks are not accepted at our seminars.
Q: Do you offer discounts for groups?
A: We do offer a discount for groups of three or more people for our
Multi-Day Symposia. To qualify for a group rate all registration forms and fees
must be received at the same time.
Q: Is there a daily rate for Multi-Day Symposia?
A: Yes. One may attend the symposia by paying a per diem rate. Please
contact our office at learn@neei.org for specific rates.
Q: Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
A: All participants receive a letter of confirmation, which will verify payment.
Q: Which professions do you offer continuing education credit for?
A: NEEI offers continuing education credit to a number of disciplines. Please refer to the
CE Credit Page of the seminar of your choice.
Q: Do I need to attend all days of a Multi-Day Symposia in order to receive credit?
A: This depends on your particular discipline. Please refer to the
CE Credit Page of the seminar of your choice.
Q: May I leave the seminar early?
A: You may leave early; however, continuing education credit is often
contingent upon completion of a full seminar. Please refer to the CE Credit Page
of the seminar of your choice
Q: What if someone needs to contact me during the seminar?
A: Cellular phones, beepers, and pagers must be turned to a non-audible mode
during seminars. In the event of an emergency, people may call the seminar
location and contact NEEI Staff.
Q: May I record the seminar?
A: The use of audio or video devices is not permitted; however, many of our seminars are
audio recorded and will be available for purchase on CD.
Q: Can I buy books at the seminar?
A: Books will be available for purchase throughout the day. A recommended reading
list is included in your seminar materials.
Q: Is lunch provided?
A: Lunch is not provided at our seminars.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: There is no dress code; however, meeting room climates vary so we recommend you
wear layered clothing to ensure your personal comfort.
Q: Can my spouse, partner, friend, or child accompany me to the seminar?
A: Unregistered guests are not permitted in our seminars.
Q: May I bring my pet?
A: Pets are not permitted in our seminars with the exception of service/disability animals.
Q: Where do you offer seminars?
A: We offer seminars in virtually every state. Please refer to our Seminars page for a
detailed listing.
